Although we are based in New Hampshire, we are licensed to practice at the United States Supreme Court. Rousseau Law & Mediation, PLLC is a law firm located in Concord, New Hampshire. Our attorneys have extensive experience in many areas of family law including parental rights and responsibilities, child support, alimony, property division, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, civil union issues and post-divorce issues. We also provide alternative dispute resolution options such as mediation and collaborative law. 

Family Law: We provide you focused effectiveness with all types of family law issues. Much of our practice involves divorce matters such as division of property, alimony, and real-life issues involving children — parental rights and responsibilities and child support. We also represent other Family Law clients by drafting prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and in assisting with the modification of their divorce decrees or parenting plans and child support enforcement.

Estate Planning: Compassionate foresight enables us to prepare your basic wills including but not limited to, last will and testament, advanced directives, durable power of attorney for finances, written directives for health care decisions, durable power of attorney for health care, and living will. Your confidence in decisive matters of your estate when you are absent or unable to do so is our primary focus.
